The Analytics tab allows you to visualize EcomBot's direct impact on your business. Beyond simple click counters, our tracking infrastructure captures real and intentional visitor engagement.
Understanding Engagement (API Tracking)
EcomBot does more than count page views. It uses a precise API event tracking system to differentiate passive interaction from true purchasing intent.
1. Widget Opening (widget_open)
This event is only recorded if the visitor actively clicks on the Floating Action Button (FAB). Automatic openings (e.g., notification simulation or proactive bubbles) do not skew this metric. This guarantees that your open rate reflects genuine customer curiosity or need.
2. Proactive Trigger (proactive_click)
If you use Proactive Assistance, every time a customer interacts with the "Anti-Abandonment" bubble (either by opening it or clicking a Quick Reply button), a specific event is logged. This allows you to measure the exact effectiveness of your recovery strategy.
3. Ignored Proactive Messages
If a visitor does not click on your proactive bubble (lets the urgency timer run out or closes the bubble), EcomBot records this "ignored message". You now have advanced analytical filters in your administration interface to categorize these abandonments:
- By Page: Identify if the abandonments occur on a Product Page or a Category Page.
- By Trigger: Analyze what triggered the AI (Inactivity, Exit intent) to adjust the intervention delay.
These insights allow you to refine your
sales_guidelinesto make your hooks more impactful.
4. Messages vs. Conversations
- Conversation: Represents a unique chat session (based on Identity Resolution and
session_id). - Message: Represents an interaction (user query or AI response). A high Messages/Conversation ratio indicates that the user is engaged in a complex advisory process (product comparison, technical questions), proving the AI Agent's added value compared to a simple search engine.
ROI & Proof of Value (Server-to-Server)
The dashboard displays the Generated Revenue. This metric is the core of EcomBot's "Revenue-Generator" positioning.
Instead of relying on fragile JavaScript pixels blocked by modern browsers (Safari ITP, AdBlockers), EcomBot uses Hybrid Server-to-Server Synchronization. The ROI metrics displayed in your dashboard come from real orders validated by your CMS (e.g., WooCommerce via Webhooks), ensuring absolute precision and flawless traceability.

Conversion Dashboard & Funnel
The Conversion tab gives you a clinical view of the AI's impact on your overall sales. It allows you to analyze:
- Chatbot Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who interacted with the AI and completed a purchase.
- Checkout Abandonment Rate: Visualize the funnel (Product Page -> Cart -> Checkout -> Purchase) to spot where you are losing customers.
- Identified Visitors: The proportion of users whose identity (email, name) was automatically captured during checkout to enrich their profile.
Catalog & AI Recommendations
The dashboard also centralizes your products under three strategic view tabs:
- Catalog: For the daily management of your prices, stock, and categories.
- AI Performance: Displays AI conversion metrics (Views, Clicks, Sales, Revenue, and AI CTR) for each product individually.
- Alerts & Recommendations: A frontend diagnostic engine analyzes your products' AI traffic on the fly and raises alerts (e.g., 🚨 "High AI traffic, no sales" or 💡 "AI has no instructions"). It's the perfect tool for optimizing your priority product pages.
