Promotional Offers

Configure global or targeted promotional offers that the AI will proactively suggest to maximize your conversions.

"Promotional Offers" allow you to configure promotional campaigns (cashback, discounts, launch offers) directly into your AI's brain.

How it works

Unlike a simple knowledge base, the AI uses these offers proactively. When a visitor asks a relevant question about a product covered by an offer, the AI will naturally integrate it into its answer to encourage the purchase.

1. Create an Offer

Go to the Knowledge Base, Promotional Offers tab and click on Add an offer.

Fill in the details

  1. Offer Title: A catchy title for your reference (e.g., Samsung TV Cashback - 200€ off).
  2. Content: Describe the offer in detail (eligible products, discount amount, conditions, deadlines).
  3. Validity Period: Set the start and end dates. The offer will automatically deactivate outside this period.

2. Targeting (Global vs. Targeted)

One of the great strengths of this feature lies in targeting:

  • Global Offer (No targeting defined): The AI will keep this offer in memory for all conversations. Ideal for site-wide promotions (e.g., "Free shipping this weekend").
  • Targeted Offer (URL or keywords): The AI will only mention this offer if the visitor is on a specific page or if the conversation concerns a specific product. Ideal for cashback offers on a particular brand, so as not to spam other requests.

Tips to increase conversions

EcomBot's AI uses real-time context. Ensure you are clear in the offer conditions (e.g., "Valid only for the simultaneous purchase of a TV and a soundbar") and the AI will respect these rules before offering it (Verify Before You Offer).
